Replacement Surge Module for PWD50-EPO Unit – GEN I

*** This replacement surge protection module is only for the PWD50-EPO and units. It is designed for use only with the auto shutoff versions.  ***

Generation 1 units only. THIS IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH GEN 2 (WiFi) UNITS!

Simple installation! The only tool required is a Phillips screw driver.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. UNPLUG THE UNIT - make sure unit is fully disconnected from power prior to installation.

2. Unscrew the 8 Phillips screws on the back of the unit.

3. Unscrew the top and bottom cable gland nuts.

4. Unscrewthe screws holding the old surge module.

5. Unplug the old surge module from the unit.

6. Connect the new surge protection module.

7. Replace all the screws and re-tighten the cable gland nuts.

CAUTION!

Make sure unit is unplugged before installation!
