Generation 1 units only. THIS IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH GEN 2 (WiFi) UNITS!
Simple installation! The only tool required is a Phillips screw driver.
UNPLUG THE UNIT - make sure unit is fully disconnected from power prior to installation.
Unscrew the 8 Phillips screws on the back of the unit.
Unscrew the top and bottom cable gland nuts.
Unscrewthe screws holding the old surge module.
Unplug the old surge module from the unit.
Connect the new surge protection module.
Replace all the screws and re-tighten the cable gland nuts.
CAUTION!
Make sure unit is unplugged before installation!
